Lincoln's last day of preschool was today. I am so proud of this little man!!!
After a few DAYS of school Lincoln's speech just exploded and he hasn't stopped since. Of course this presents the question of whether he was just ready to talk or if the teachers actually posses some sort of CIA type interrogation training to get little ones to talk. Either way he is talking and that is an answer to prayer. He is a little difficult to understand at times but typically patient with you and talks slowly and often raises his voice...as if speaking louder will help you understand? We have LOVED. LOVED. LOVED. his teachers and paras. His counting, sorting and color, number and shape recognition have improved as well. I am not sure what went on the entire 3hour period {according to him all they do is play on the BIG slide and drink chocolate milk} but we have seen progress and as Jerrod says, progress is our most important product. Way to go Lincoln!

Lily and Max on our way to hit some sales while Lincoln is in school. Lily has her *prized* quarter to buy that much needed toy (today she found a nice set of chattering teeth). Max has one too but keeps it tucked away. He has a difficult time relinquishing the quarter at the point of sale so I have stopped encouraging him to use it. People feel so bad for him that they typically just give him the toy for free...that is not what I want to teach my child either. So, he is just fine to carry his treasured quarter around and who knows maybe someday he will find something worth giving it up for.
